CBD Full Body Massage

A combination of our Swedish massage service with an application of a THC-free CBD massage oil for wonderful mind and body relaxation.  Choice of Pain Relief Support Blend 3000mg, Herbal Therapy Blend Full Spectrum Hemp Oil 800mg or Maximum Strength  Deep Rub Pain Relief Blend 250mg.

Deep Tissue Add-on is available for an additional cost.

Deep Tissue Massage

We begin your Deep Tissue Massage session with a hot cup of tea and a touch of our Signature essential oil blend on your temples to help clear your mind and prepare you for your time with us.  

Our most popular session, similar to Swedish Massage with bodywork to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue with a combination of muscle therapy lotion and our muscle ease essential oil blend. 

Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries.

To aid flushing and removal of toxins and reduce soreness after session, please ingest plenty of water.

During your session, a hot-moist pad, table heat and our Signature essential oil blends will be diffused and spritzed at various times throughout your session to help relaxation of your mind, body and spirit. Your session includes a hot moist towel compresses for the back, chest, face and feet and will finish with gentle tapotement over the body. 

Pregnancy Massage

A peaceful, slow & gentle side-lying Swedish Massage for Mom-to-be and Baby with beautiful aromas floating thru the air on a table layered with soft linens and support pillows to snuggle encourage relaxation for Mom-to-be and Baby both to enjoy all the beautiful moments of change and excitement for baby's arrival date.

Aromatherapy Add-on is available for some pregnancy related conditions.  

Please provide a medical release for high risk pregnancy or if in first trimester. 

Himalayan Salt Stone Massage

A highly relaxing and detoxifying massage with light exfoliation of the skin while improving circulation to support healthy respiratory, digestive, skeletal and muscular systems.

Salt stone massage is known to help reduce muscle cramps and acid reflux, relieve anxiety and address insomnia. It also emits negative ions when heated, delivering a myriad of health benefits, from higher mental alertness to protection against germs in the air.

Basalt Hot Stone Massage

Heated stones are used as an extension of hands to provide full body massage and are placed on specific body sites throughout your session to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles releasing tension and stress deeper and quicker than a traditional massage.

We use 61 beautifully smooth lava basalt stones for this luxurious, nurturing and rejuvenating session For Your Mind, Body & Spirit.

Basalt Hot Stone Add-On

Add 15 extra minutes to your session with the Basalt Hot Stone Add-on to focus on specific areas of pain or discomfort. 

Marble Cold Stone Massage

Cold Stone Therapy is a natural way to help reduce migraine, head pain or inflammation in the body and is used in conjunction with aromatherapy and gentle cranial massage.  

It is most helpful to schedule your appointment as soon as you feel the onset of migraine or head pain.

Relax on the heated massage table while we gently exfoliate your skin to reveal younger healthier skin tissues, reduce fine lines and sun damaged areas. 

Choose between either dead sea salt, brown sugar with lavender flowers or our citrus seaweed mixtures each blended with a nourishing carrier oil and aromatic essential oils to slough off dried scaly skin cells followed by a nutrient rich aromatic body butter application.

Robe and slippers provided. One Shower. 

Back Only Exfoliation Treatment

Relax on the heated massage table while we gently exfoliate your Back to reveal younger healthier skin tissues, reduce fine lines and sun damaged areas.

Foot Scrub Add-On

A gentle exfoliation treatment with an aromatic dead sea mineral salt, sugar & lavender flower foot scrub, hot towel compress and removal, followed by a relaxing hot stone massage and a nourishing foot balm with a stimulating essential oil blend with herbal extracts & vitamins to soften skin and revive tired aching feet.

Scalp Treatment or Add-on

This session relaxes the mind & body while hydrating & nourishing scalp & hair strands. Beginning with a Rose Hip face & neck massage followed by a hot oil blend of Rosemary, Lavender, Baobab, Argan & Vitamin E massaged into the scalp. The head is wrapped in an aromatic hot towel compress & the body receives a gentle compression session with hand paraffin & foot scrub treatment. A blow dryer is provided for your convenience.

A 15-Minute Scalp Add-on is also available (Excludes hand/feet treatments)

The Lakeview Thermal Body Wrap & Massage

A nourishing & hydrating body butter with a custom blend of essential oils is massaged into the skin before the body is cocooned in the warm thermal wool wrap finishing with your choice of either a head & face massage or a foot massage. 

This session stimulates lymphatic drainage resulting in a clearer, brighter and healthier complexion in addition to the thermal effects over the body as a whole reducing pain and stiffness. It is very relaxing on the mind and comforting on your spirit.  Please be well hydrated before and after your session. 

Dead Sea Mud Body Masque & Massage

Replenish the skin's essential minerals, soothe certain skin conditions, ease muscle & joint pain, promote mental relaxation and reveal a more radiant complexion with dead sea mud and essential oils.

This session includes a dry exfoliation, head & face massage, dead sea mud thermal wrap followed by a nourishing body butter massage for a relaxing spa experience. Robe & slippers provided.  One shower.

Citrus Seaweed Body Sculpt

Slim the silhouette with revitalizing elements from the sea targeting hips, thighs, belly and upper arms with a powerful & beautiful blend of seaweed, deep sea salt, creams,  and essential oils. 

We begin with a gentle exfoliation to stimulate stagnate prone areas to prepare your body for the hydrating rose water toner, a cellulite cream which is rich in essential oils and natural botanicals, followed by the application of a french green clay seaweed mud to stimulate the detoxification process during the 20-minute thermal wrap which includes a head, face & feet massage.  The application of a cellulite firming gel finishes this session leaving your body feeling, youthful, radiant and toned.

For the ultimate day of pampering, I recommend adding on a Swedish Massage with our Slimming Massage Oil blend.

Essential oils are custom blended at a 2% dilution for your health, healing or beauty needs from natural, non-toxic, fragrant recipes with 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oils used topically with a carrier oil or diffused during your session.

CBD Muscle Ease Oil Blend Add-on

A THC free CBD absolute tincture (5000 IU) 75mg combined with our muscle ease essential oil blend of Bay Laurel, Rosemary, Lemon & Juniper Berry at a 3% dilution for incredible muscle relaxation effects.

CBD Spot Treatment

A spot treatment of an organic, THC free, non-GMO, Cannabidiol (CBD) cooling creme of Arnica, Menthol and other nourishing botanicals applied and massaged into the skin. 

Our 750mg, USA made CBD creme will not show up on a drug test.

Guided Meditation Add-On

Enhance the start or end of your session, with a relaxing guided meditation to ground your body, mind and spirit. Your therapist will wait outside the room during your meditation.

Not available with an Outdoor session. 

Paraffin Wax Treatment

Enjoy a gentle dry exfoliation on your hands or feet with a aromatic hot towel compress before the moisturizing cucumber hot paraffin wax is applied with a warm mitten wrap followed by a soothing massage with a rich emollient balm and an uplifting synergistic essential oil blend ending with a hot stone placement. 

Orthopedic Medical Massage

Orthopedic massage is a style of massage therapy focused on treating painful conditions that affect the soft tissues of the body.

Orthopedic massage is designed to treat medical conditions and involves releasing tense muscles, stretching and lengthening tight muscles and tendons, and decompressing rigid joints. The goal is to restore full health to the soft tissues of the body, both treating specific conditions as well as improving your overall well-being.  

Orthopedic Massage requires a prescription and treatment plan from your medical professional.

Table Massage On-Site

Sports/Fitness Massage or Compression includes on-site, pre- and post-event massage for event participants or individual compression sessions for your office staff on massage table without the use of oil or lotion as client remains clothed during massage.  The purpose of the sports massage is to warm up the muscles and get them ready for the event or to help the muscles relax after the event.  The compression session allows workers a chance to clear their mind and relax their body during their busy workday and is a beautiful way to build, retain and show appreciation to your office team.  Minimum 4-hour duration required.

Chair Massage On-Site

Chair massage in the workplace is an excellent way to increase employee morale, well-being, productivity, reduce stress and anxiety and show the employee that they are valued.  

The specialized ergonomic chair is brought to your location, set up in a designated location and employees are free to schedule a 15-20 minute session on a first come first served basis.  

Because chair massage is done over the clothing in a seated position with shorter sessions it is convenient enough to fit into the busy workday schedule.

On-Site Travel Fee

Have your massage session in the comfort of your own home inside or out depending upon weather. Required area for one table is around 10'x10'. We bring massage table, linens, warming pad, lotion/oils, music to you.  Available for Swedish, Deep Tissue or CBD Massage, Salt Stone Massage or Marble Cold Stone Massage, Orthopedic Massage, Geriatric Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Compression Session, Body Exfoliation Treatment and Outdoor Massage.

Aroma Consult & Blend

A consult session for a custom blended aroma chosen by you based on your desired need or purpose. Your oil blend will be prepared for you and placed in a spritz, roller,  inhaler and dram for you to take home.  Price for oil blend may vary depending on oil(s) type and amount used in blend, all discussed during your consult. Oil blends are for topical use, inhalation use and aroma purposes only. The aroma consult is not for diagnosing, treating or curing any medical condition. The oil blends are for aromatherapy relaxation and enjoyment.

I recommend this session prior to aromatherapy massage sessions.
